The Independence of Global Union of Changemakers (GUC)

The Global Union of Changemakers (GUC) was founded with a clear vision to unite youth changemakers from across the globe under a single, independent banner. From its inception, GUC has been committed to operating autonomously, free from affiliations, mergers, or control by any other organization.

The name itself Global Union of Changemakers represents this independence: every letter and word has been deliberately chosen to reflect our identity as a standalone international organization. We are neither a subsidiary nor a chapter of any pre-existing group we are GUC, and GUC alone.

Operating independently allows GUC to set its own policies, define its leadership structure, and determine its global initiatives without external interference. This autonomy ensures that the organization’s mission to empower youth leaders, foster innovation, and promote sustainable global change remains undiluted and true to its founding principles.

The Organisation has its Official Consititution which it follows

GUC’s independence is more than a legal or operational stance, it is a statement of purpose. It enables us to collaborate with partners globally on our own terms, maintain a unified vision, and respond dynamically to the needs of young changemakers worldwide because this is a changemakers hub.

Through this independent framework, the Global Union of Changemakers continues to grow, innovate, and lead as a fully autonomous international organization dedicated to global youth empowerment, And its only still in its early stage which we call foundational stage.
